Return & Exchange Policy - Updated 09/01/26
At Lost Shore Surf Shop, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 60 day hassle-free return policy that is simple and convenient for all our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags & original packaging. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase including transaction ID.
For returns of online purchases, please request a refund or exchange via your order confirmation emailed to you when you made the request. You should then return the items to FAO Returns, Lost Shore Shop, 11 South Platt Hill, Newbridge, EH28 8AY. Once the order has been returned, we'll process the refund or exchange as requested.
For us to offer a full or partial refund or exchange, items must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Items should be unused, in their original packaging & in the same condition as when they were purchased. Proof of purchase will be required which must include transaction ID. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or as exchange credit as per the customer’s request. Refunds may take up to a week to be processed & up to 14 days during busier periods.
If your product has become faulty from manufacturing, we may issue a full refund or exchange following an inspection. You will need to be able to provide proof of purchase. Thorough checks are made before items leave us, however If the product is damaged, please notify us immediately and we will resolve this for you.
For gift returns, we offer a full exchange to the value of original purchase. Any exchange must take place within 60 days of purchase.
All ‘click & collect’ purchases must be returned in store under the same conditions as in-store purchase
